The client came to Chris Rasmussen with the horror story every parent has nightmares about, a child molested at a daycare.  The parent had trusted one of the largest daycare centers in the nation with their daughter.  The child showed visible injury in the genital region.  The parent brought this to the attention of the manager and was quickly scoffed at and told it must have been self inflicted.  The parents fought back with Attorney Chris Rasmussen.  A confidential settlement was and the child will now have a nice nest egg to reach into when she turns 18.
