A client who had slipped in oil at a local auto parts store came to Chris Rasmussen injured and depressed that he could not work and was out of money. Chris Rasmussen got him to the physicians that he required with no out of pocket money to the client. The auto parts store offered him what amounted to peanuts and Rasmussen filed a lawsuit. After the rigors of discovery and the pressure placed upon this nationwide chain, a settlement in excess of $300,000.00 was reached.
