In a 2007 casino marker client came to Chris Rasmussen owing in excess of $600,000.00 dollars in casino markers with the Mirage, MGM, Bellagio, Treasure Island, and Wynn casinos.  A felony NCIC Warrant was issued worldwide for his arrest.  Rasmussen went to Court and after oral arguments received an Own Recognizance (OR) release for his client.
