The client was charged with one count possession of child pornography.  The prosecutor at the arraignment argued for $100,000.00 dollars bail claiming that he was a flight risk and a danger to the community.  Chris Rasmussen argued for bail to be set at a nominal 1000.00. After hearing both sides the judge agreed with Rasmussen.
