Chris Rasmussen represented Robert Furman in United States vs. Furman a 100 million tax evasion case.  Furman was indicted with forty other defendants.  All but nine pled guilty.  The United States brought in a hot shot trial lawyer from Washington D.C.. , which still was not enough.  Rasmussen stood firm and maintained his posture of no deals.  After  300 witnesses and a million pages of exhibits Rasmussen stepped up in front of the Jury and delivered what the Judge later said was the best closing in the courtroom.  The jury deliberated eight days and delivered FIVE NOT GUILTY VERDICTS.
