Mr. Rasmussen represented a local man who was charged with pandering, kidnapping, assault with a deadly weapon and taking police and the FBI on a thirty mile chase that ended in the kitchen of a TGI Friday’s. Mr. Rasmussen carefully dissected the two different cases and argued to the judge that probation was sufficient to keep our streets safe. The judge agreed.
