Mr. Rasmussen’s client sold marble to customers who in turn would hire their own people to install the countertops. Mr. Rasmussen aggressively took a no settlement position and fought against the Nevada Contractor’s Board in open court. Nevada Contractor’s Board investigators were no match for the intense cross examination. During a half day bench trial the judge in a written decision found the client — NOT GUILTY
