Mr. Rasmussen went to the scene of the crime and spoke to witnesses who finally broke down and indicated that the client did not commit armed robbery. A motion to dismiss was filed in front of one of the toughest judges in this County. The Judge agreed with Mr. Rasmussen’s characterization of the evidence. Armed Robbery Count Dismissed.
