Mr. Rasmussen and Mr. Kang joined forces to litigate against a big Nevada Casino chain for a client that slipped at the buffet line. The Casino hired one of the largest law firms in the State of Nevada to intimidate our client. At the deposition, the hired gun questioned if our client “was wearing a seat belt” when she fell.
