Mr. Rasmussen represented one of eleven defendant who were facing life sentences for RICO/ VICAR charges that the Hells Angels conspired to murder members of a rival motorcycle club. Mr. Rasmussen argued to the jury that his client was a proud combat veteran and the Hells Angels protected innocent bystanders when members of a rival motorcycle club ambushed them inside a Laughlin Casino.
