Agents had hours of video surveillance footage alleging that Mr. Rasmussen’s client had participated in the distribution of multi pounds of methamphetamine. Mr. Rasmussen successfully argued to the prosecution that the person in the video only looked like his client but was in fact a different person. Dismissed on Government’s motion.
