Mr. Rasmussen’s client was charged with possession with intent to sell 14 pounds of marijuana. Chris Rasmussen's client had 14 pounds of marijuana in his employee locker at an international airport.  The case took a sudden turn when Rasmussen started to attack the probable cause for arrest and the search of the locker.  The prosecution's case quickly fell apart and the case was DISMISED.
