Clients took their small child to the hospital with a fractured femur. The hospital took the child from their care and Child Protective Services started a witchhunt. Clients hired Rasmussen & Kang. Chris Rasmussen went to the initial hearing and had the child returned to the care of the maternal grandmother. After hiring an expert who evaluated the child, victory was declared at the trial. The District Attorney agreed to a negotiation that included an absolute dismissal.
