Darrin Tuck was sentenced to probation putting to end one of the most outrageous prosecutions in Nevada history. Attorney Chris Rasmussen submitted a lengthy brief outlining the statements made by the sheriff of Nye County that flamed the need to have Tuck relocate out of Nevada. Judge Davis ruled that he will have to remain in Nevada. Tuck is free and this overzealous prosecution is complete.
