National Media Covers Plea Deal On Tuck |

National Media was present in Court to cover the plea deal that shocked the Nye County Sheriff's Office. Darrin Tuck plead guilty to a misdemeanor obstructing charge one day before his trial on Child Pornography charges. Rasmussen during his aggressive investigation discovered evidence that FBI agents had uncovered. This evidence forced the prosecutors hand into a plea deal that allows Tuck to plead to a misdemeanor charge. The Sheriff was fuming mad and wondered how this could have happened. Rasmussen through his negotiation skills and aggressive investigation resolved this case.
