Client from New York City was in town for a convention when he decided to tour the downtown. He noticed an attractive female alone on a corner. He approached her and a conversation which the police alleged involved the solicitation of the undercover female officer for sex. The client was arrested, rent a car impounded, and humiliated. The client took action and hired the law firm of Rasmussen & Kang. Chris Rasmussen contacted the prosecutors and discussed the defense of entrapment. The case was DISMISSED.
