Client was charged with second degree kidnapping and possession of a deadly weapon.  The facts contained in the allegation involved a jealous boyfriend boarding a CAT Bus full of people and man handling his former girlfriend.  The State prosecutors initially wanted prison time.  Through Chris Rasmussen's skillful negotiations the felony charges were dismissed and the client plead to two misdemeanors carrying NO jail time.
