Bailbonds receives settlement for wrongful suit |

A local bailbonds company was sued for defamation and slander. They hired Rasmussen & Kang to defend them. After what amounted to as a lethal blow by attorney Chris Rasmussen during the arbitration cross examination, the arbitrator awared a verdict in favor of the Bailbonds Company. The Plaintiff who wrongfully sued Rasmussen & Kang's client eventually paid their attorney's fees and costs.
