Bailbonds Company Receives Settlement for Wrongful Suit |

A local bailbonds company retained Chris Rasmussen to defend them an a defamation suit. During the Arbitration, Chris Rasmussen delivered what amounted to as the lethal blow through his cross examination. This led the arbitrator to rule in favor of the bailbonds company and award attorney's fees and costs against the Plaintiff.
